How ClearPay™ Works — Step by Step
Every delivery is logged, every tip is tracked. Here's the full flow:
Driver completes a delivery
Your FoodRunz driver picks up and delivers the order. The delivery fee and any tip are collected through your POS or ordering system.
You log it in ClearPay™
After each delivery, enter the POS order number, delivery fee charged, and tip collected (even $0). Upload a receipt screenshot for audit purposes.
Driver payout is calculated
ClearPay™ instantly calculates the driver's payout: delivery fee + tip = 100% goes to the driver. You pay this at the end of each shift.
Daily report is submitted
At end of day, submit your daily reconciliation report. FoodRunz uses this to audit tip compliance and verify shift totals.
Weekly settlement review
FoodRunz reviews your weekly ClearPay™ data. Clean records = priority driver assignments. Discrepancies are flagged for follow-up.
Auto-Pay via Stripe Connect (Optional)
Drivers who complete Stripe identity verification can opt into ClearPay™ Auto-Pay. When a delivery is marked reconciled, FoodRunz automatically triggers their payout — no manual transfer needed.
Standard (Default)
You pay the driver directly at end of shift — cash, Zelle, or any method you prefer.
Auto-Pay (Stripe Connect)
Driver has a verified Stripe account. ClearPay™ triggers automatic transfer when delivery is reconciled.
Vendor ClearPay™ Obligations
Log every FoodRunz delivery in ClearPay™ with a POS order ID
Report the exact tip amount collected — even $0 tips must be entered
Upload a receipt or order screenshot for each delivery
Submit your daily reconciliation report before midnight
Pay drivers the full logged amount — no deductions
Respond to ClearPay™ flags within 48 hours to avoid service holds
Tip Withholding = Immediate Suspension
Vendors who withhold tips or delivery fees from drivers will receive an immediate account suspension pending investigation. FoodRunz drivers depend on transparent, complete pay — this is non-negotiable.
