What is FoodRunz?
FoodRunz is a dedicated delivery infrastructure platform built for food businesses — restaurants, food trucks, caterers, ghost kitchens, and more. Instead of taking a commission on every order like gig apps do, FoodRunz provides dedicated drivers on a flat-rate subscription model. Businesses get reliable, professional delivery without losing a cut of their revenue.
Dedicated Drivers vs. Gig Apps
How you differ from gig drivers:
- You're assigned to specific vendors — not picking up random orders from a marketplace

How Assignments Work
Vendors request drivers through the FoodRunz platform. When a vendor needs a driver, the system matches you based on your location, availability, vehicle type, and performance tier. You'll receive a notification with all the details — and you choose to accept or decline.

- Follow the vendor's pickup and delivery procedures
- Communicate promptly if any issue arises
- Treat every delivery with care and urgency
Independent Contractor
As a FoodRunz driver, you are an independent contractor (1099) — not an employee. You control your schedule, use your own vehicle, and are responsible for your own taxes and expenses. You are free to accept or decline any opportunity.
