Shift Posting Rules & Regulations
Before posting a shift, review these rules. The system will not allow submission if any rule is violated.
Valid Shift Times
Shift start must be before shift end. Start date cannot be in the past.
$3.99 Delivery Fee
Your POS must be configured to collect the standard FoodRunz delivery fee. 100% goes to the driver.
Driver Tip-Out
You are 100% responsible for tipping out drivers through your POS. FoodRunz does not handle tip-outs.
Safe Environment
You must provide a safe pickup environment and treat drivers with respect at all times.
Extra Duties = Extra Pay
If drivers assist with extra tasks (boxing, staging, prep), additional compensation is required.
Accurate Volume Data
Delivery volume estimates must be accurate — drivers use this to evaluate the assignment.
Enforcement: The system validates all fields before submission. Incomplete or rule-violating requests will be blocked. Repeated violations may result in account review. See the Vendor Handbook for full policy details.
